Job Description:

Fargo Consultancy of Immigration is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Record Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
  • We are offering an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices, including financial record-keeping, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  4. Develop and implement budgets and forecasts to help drive business growth and profitability.
  5. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
