Job Overview

Nolinor Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Structures Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Structures Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our aircraft.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and adjust aircraft system structural systems to prescription, technical drawings, manuals, and other procedures.
  • Repair and revise aircraft structural systems, manufacture, assembly, and machining of aluminum and composite parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance and reporting.
  • Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks.
  • Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Nolinor Aviation's quality standards, policies, and procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that the work is delivered on schedule.
  • Ensure that the workplace is clean and safe at all times.
  • Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Adhere to and implement safety policies.
Requirements
  • DEP in the assembly of aerospace structures.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications.
  • Mathematical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to be accurate at a high level of quality and predictability.
  • Familiarity with a variety of pneumatic, manual, and sheet-metal tools.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to details.
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to read manuals.
