Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the SMT line, ensuring high-quality production.
  • Inspect printed circuit boards post-reflow using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment and visual checks.
  • Perform hand soldering repairs as needed to maintain product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with electronic components in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and hand soldering experience are assets in this role.
