Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Condominium Manager to join our team at Associa.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the implementation of policy and directives within the scope of the management agreement and the Condo Act.
• Work with the board on strategic initiatives, policy governance, and building projects.
• Prepare annual budgets and administer various community functions within the projected and approved operating budget.
• Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and residents in the execution of established policies and the conveyance of resident grievances.

Requirements:
• CMRAO License to management condominiums in Ontario.
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence and conflict resolution techniques.
• Strong financial background and time management skills.
• 3+ years of directly related or closely related experience.
• 3+ years of Condominium management experience.
