Preventive Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

Brandt is seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. This role is responsible for providing expert preventive maintenance quotes and supporting the efficient fulfillment of our contractual preventive maintenance business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to provide accurate quotes and support
  • Administer and track preventive maintenance agreements, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Review and close completed jobs, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Coordinate necessary services with customers and preventive maintenance technicians
  • Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle incoming preventive maintenance call requests from internal and external customers
  • Manage prepaid agreements and ensure timely payment processing
  • Utilize John Deere Link to monitor and track customer machines with preventive maintenance contracts

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance of construction equipment and service delivery activities
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to multitask in a high-volume workload environment
  • Knowledge of contracts and associated processes management
  • Proficiency in MS Office software tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and make informed decisions
