Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Workday practice. In this role, you will lead business development activities, manage engagements, build relationships with clients, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies, including proposal development and pursuit activities
  • Collaborate with KPMG resources to deliver high-quality client services
  • Plan and manage engagements under the leadership of a Partner
  • Build long-term relationships with senior client personnel and executives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, enhancing service offerings across the service line
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Workday implementation and upgrade, with strong client services orientation
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with Workday HCM advisory engagements, process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and functional stakeholders
  • Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset
  • Workday HCM certification highly valued (certification required within three months of employment)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 to $182,500. Additionally, KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program, which includes competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
