Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jaago Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication with staff and stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of business software and systems, including CRM and project management tools
