Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as taking medication and using the bathroom
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently
  • Respond to patients' needs and provide emotional support
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • or equivalent experience
  • Certifications: Moving Patients Safety Principles (MPSP) training, CPR Certificate, Health Care Aide Certificate
