We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at AUREUS INFOTECH INC. This role is perfect for someone with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

Job Description
  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support to users in response to identified difficulties. They will also participate in the redesign of applications and other software, and supervise other technical support workers in this group.

Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities: Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, provide customer service, and supervise other technical support workers in this group
  • Additional Responsibilities: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma required
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
