 Job Summary
Randstad Canada is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team in Mississauga. This role is focused on generating prospect sales appointments for the business development team through outbound calling and effective communication of Randstad's service offerings.

 Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls into sales databases to qualify prospects
• Identify prospects in need of temporary or permanent hire workforce services
• Effectively communicate Randstad's service offerings to prospects
• Schedule sales appointments with prospects for the business development team
• Drive high outbound call activity and exceed call and scheduled meeting targets
• Use marketing materials effectively to increase call to meeting ratios
• Be in constant communication with the business development team

 Requirements
Experience in lead generation or outbound calling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
Previous experience in outbound sales/call center is highly desired

 What We Offer
• A 6 month salaried contract with possibility of extension
• $52,000 - $54,000 annually with additional financial incentives
