About This Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team at SOUTH CITY TRUCK CENTRE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office records, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information, inventory, and correspondence
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures to improve productivity and workflow
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
