Business Operations Manager

At EWS Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our business operations and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the overall operations of the business to achieve performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve key objectives and drive growth.
- Oversee the financial performance of the business and report financial metrics to the parent company.
- Ensure high standards of product quality and service are delivered consistently across all business functions.
- Lead and motivate a small team of remote workers to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate the value of our platform to current and prospective customers in a clear and compelling way.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Senior/Department Leader in a software business.
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant management, business, and/or information technology discipline, or comparable work experience.
- Ability to build and implement strategies and initiatives for realizing business and financial objectives.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to plan and set priorities that align with the needs of the organization.
- Results-oriented, with integrity and commitment to maximizing long-term results.
