Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Maneesh Gupta. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to families in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, fostering their growth and independence
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and social development
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring children receive a balanced diet
  • Prepare children for rest periods, establishing a consistent sleep routine
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments, providing a safe and reliable service
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a supportive and nurturing environment
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and understanding when dealing with children
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
