Job Summary

The Instructional Designer will work to build learning tools for onboarding. This will involve creation of eLearning modules built in Articulate 360, as well as a WordPress portal to help employees access the learning. The Instructional Designer will work with their supervisor who will provide the content, to build engaging eLearning modules, as well as a user friendly WordPress portal. This role is primarily remote, with 1 day per week in the client's office in Waterloo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop eLearning modules using Articulate 360
  • Work with supervisor to build engaging eLearning modules
  • Develop a user friendly WordPress portal for employees to access learning

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Instructional Designer, with samples of eLearning modules to share
  • Comfort with Adult Learning Methodologies
  • Strong skills with Articulate 360
  • Must have strong skills working with WordPress
