Health Careers in Sask is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Continuing Care Support Specialist to join their team.

About the Role

This part-time temporary position requires the successful candidate to provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents, promoting an optimum level of functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certificate.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license, where required.
Work Environment:

This role involves working in a residential care unit setting, providing care and support to clients/patients/residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the health and well-being of those in their care.

Compensation:

The compensation package for this role includes a salary of $23.170 - $24.840 per hour, as per Pay Band 12, with a 0.48 FTE and a 215.12-hour rotation every 12 weeks.
