Overview


HUB International is a leading provider of risk management and insurance solutions. We are seeking an experienced Insurance Professional to join our team in Kindersley & Dodsland.



Job Summary

The Personal Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying client needs, educating clients on available insurance solutions, and promoting the sale of company products.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all clients regarding Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products.
  • Identify client needs and educate clients on other available insurance solutions.
  • Promote the sale of company products and encourage bundling of all insurance requirements with HUB International.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize results and serve clients effectively.


Requirements:

  • Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation (preferred).
  • 2-5 years' experience in Personal Insurance sales (preferred).
  • Farm Broker Experience (asset).
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
  • Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.


What We Offer:

HUB International offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits, RRSP match, referral incentives, and company perks.
