Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead client engagements, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and supervise various client engagements (assurance, tax, advisory) to ensure high-quality service delivery;
- Review engagement files for compliance with professional standards and company policies;
- Hire and develop junior staff members;
- Directly supervise and mentor more junior personnel, providing guidance on client engagements and career development;
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients (Senior Manager);
The salary for this position is estimated at CAD 85,000 to CAD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
