We are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our hospitality projects from initiation to closure. This role involves monitoring and controlling project deliverables, addressing technical inquiries, and making timely decisions to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering new build and renovation projects in the hospitality industry. Experience with executing projects in this sector is an asset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive and manage the preparation of project management plans, including scope, schedule baseline, and budgets
  • Developing project control budgets and baseline schedules aligned to scope
  • Effectively managing project constraints (budget, schedule, and quality) to ensure delivery of project scope
  • Manging procurement processes, including preparation of tender documents, material surveys, bids evaluation, and contract negotiations
  • Identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating project risks
  • Leading project meetings, generating meeting minutes, and preparing progress reports
  • Issuing project releases (PR), purchase orders (PO), and coordinating invoice approval processes
  • Maintaining complete and accurate project documentation, easily retrievable and suitable for audit

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
