Job Title: Tire Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tire Finishing Supervisor to join our team at New Millenium Tire Centre Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Judgement, organized, team player, flexibility and reliability.
Work Environment
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
