Job Description

This role reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for supervising and guiding staff, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications, and maintaining adequate inventory levels. The successful candidate will also be responsible for counseling patients, creating awareness through public relations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate and timely dispensing of medications
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels and counsel patients on new and additional medications
  • Create awareness and educate customers through public relations
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A Pharmacist's license
  • At least 3 years' experience in retail pharmacy environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skills and ability to motivate and coach others
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong sense of professionalism
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
