Office Coordinator

The Great Lakes College of Toronto is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
The Administrative Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
The successful candidate will have experience with a range of computer applications, including Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SharePoint.
