Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at NEXWAY IMMIGRATION SERVICES.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating the flow of information within a team and have excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that all office procedures and routines are established and maintained, and that appointments are scheduled and confirmed efficiently.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for greeting clients and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, as well as setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems. Additionally, they will be required to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.

This is a permanent position with 30-35 hours of work per week, and we offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Our office language is English, and the successful candidate will be expected to work in this language.
