Sales Team Lead

Canadian Tire Gas Bar #1391 is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and coordinating the activities of workers. In addition, you will be expected to have strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
