At Alberta Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, planning menus, and managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate special events, including weddings and corporate functions
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Willing to relocate
