Job Title: Winter Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Winter Maintenance Technician.

About the Job:

As a Winter Maintenance Technician with DW, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe removal of snow and ice from multiple commercial sites in High River. This is a seasonal position that requires working on snow days, often starting at 4am.

You will be operating a power brush machine and shoveling snow to maintain the safety of clients' properties. If you live in Okotoks, we can provide transportation to work.

About You:
  • Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license (not required but beneficial)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

You must be comfortable working in cold weather conditions and be able to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not necessary.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you can expect to earn extra income based on the number of hours worked during snow events.
