Restaurant Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and leading a team of staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless customer experience and high-quality food production.
- Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily menus, inventory, and supplies to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting job expectations and contributing to the success of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, maintaining accurate financial records and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Determine staffing requirements based on business needs and maintain adequate staff levels to ensure smooth operation.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and equipment malfunctions.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team that reflects the company's values and mission.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees' wages and benefits.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve their skills and advance in their careers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field would be an asset.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, employees are eligible for:
