About the Role:
Scott Land Ltd. is seeking a skilled Crown Lands Specialist to join their team. As a Crown Lands Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise on Crown Land in Alberta, including OneStop and AEP application requirements and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Crown Land in Alberta, including OneStop and AEP application requirements and processes
- Extensive working knowledge of surface land procedures, relevant land legislation and regulations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products with strong Excel skills
- Experience in a billable time environment is preferred
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress
