Merchandise Sales Manager Position

Mr Lube is seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management and customer engagement.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires 32-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months of experience in a retail environment and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for authorizing payments by cheque, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, resolving customer requests and complaints, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and coordinating activities of workers.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of inventory management and customer service principles.
