Job Title: Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Clerk to join our team at DS Tactical Supply LTD.

Job Summary

The Sales Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and debit card payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and perform cycle counts.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
