- We are seeking a skilled Taxi Operations Specialist to join our team at Tag Along Taxi Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet, including cleaning and making minor repairs, picking up passengers, and driving them to their destinations.
- About the Role
- This is a permanent position that requires working under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent oral communication skills. You will be responsible for operating dispatch systems, collecting fares, and recording transactions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Pick up passengers and drive them to their destinations in a safe and timely manner
- Take the vehicle for regular servicing to prevent mechanical issues
- Collect fares and record transactions accurately
- Operate dispatch systems to manage bookings and routes
- Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
