Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure that all team members are meeting performance expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems and software.
The front desk supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, staff, and management on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
