Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room. In this role, you will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including personnel management and record-keeping.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
