Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Humber River Health is seeking a skilled Digital Ultrasound Technologist to join our esteemed Medical Imaging team. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care while utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality ultrasound exams, ensuring accurate results and efficient workflows
• Prepare patients for exams, confirming exam validity based on provided history
• Complete the examination process by reviewing images, documenting findings, and presenting to radiologists for reporting via PACS
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
• Personal Liability Insurance (PLI)
• Accredited college diploma preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in all aspects of ultrasound, preferably within a hospital setting
• Strong documentation skills and excellent knowledge of anatomy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
