Role Overview

This Gameplay Software Engineer position is a key role in our development team, responsible for designing and implementing gameplay mechanics, systems, and features.

You will work closely with artists, designers, and other engineers to bring the vision of our games to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement gameplay mechanics, systems, and features using C++ and object-oriented design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype new ideas and refine existing ones.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets performance and stability standards.
  • Work with our proprietary engine to develop shareable code and ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in C++ and experience with object-oriented design and implementation.
  • Experience with AI, character control, pathfinding, multiplayer, or other gameplay-related systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of good software programming practices, including debugging and optimization techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $115,100 - $161,200 annually, depending on location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
