About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Product Management to lead the evolution and extensibility of our platform, driving the creation of services and components that empower businesses across Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our Platform team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver common services and components, and iterating on processes to ensure seamless internal and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, partnering with teams to deliver high-quality services and components that meet customer needs.
  • Lead the definition of product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Foster a culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and leverage frameworks for assessing trade-offs between competing requests and priorities, ensuring effective decision-making.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end product development, with a proven track record of delivering meaningful customer value at a fast-growing or established technology company.
  • Experience building complex platform projects, with a strong understanding of retail or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, aligned to outcomes and metrics, and evolve the overall product management practice.
  • A bias for action, with a strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and establish relationships with partners and stakeholders.
