The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general warehouse assistance, including completing pre-shift inspections, maintaining safety compliance, and monitoring inventory levels. They will also be responsible for order picking, putting stock away, and operating a scanning gun.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2+ years of warehouse, production, or general labor-related experience. Forklift experience is required, and first aid, WHMIS, or forklift certification is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background check and physical test.

Responsibilities:
- Completing pre-shift inspections for forklift, including battery maintenance
- Maintaining safety compliance when operating the forklift
- Reporting any unsafe work conditions that might occur
- Monitoring and tracking inventory per Company procedures
- Adhering to standards/processes in the warehouse
- Order picking
- Putting stock away in appropriate locations
- Operating scanning gun
- Stocking empty reels
- Processing orders as they are received
- Follow correct cutting procedures, complete required paperwork, and verify the order matches the requirements
- Assisting with general cleaning of work environment
- Participating in re-certification for forklift operation, as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid, or WHMIS or Forklift Certification preferred
- Forklift experience is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum 2 + years of warehouse, production or general labor related experience
- Pass a background check
- Pass a physical test
Salary: $22.73 per hour
Please note that, whilst not expected, the company may pay at a rate outside of the range for this role where appropriate. Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors. The advertised salary range relates to British Columbia and is provided in accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act. We recognize however that salaries are often driven by market forces in the local area where a candidate is based and accordingly the salary range may not apply outside of British Columbia.
