Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Service Specialist to join our team at Brandt in Edmonton. This role involves performing on-site preventive maintenance services on commercial heavy equipment utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and a new purpose-built truck.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing scheduled preventive maintenance services on commercial heavy equipment in a professional manner
  • Identifying additional items requiring follow-up service work by a heavy-duty technician and reporting them accurately
  • Capturing and reporting PM service checklist, inspection, and work order information for customer reporting purposes
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Motivation, energy, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work after-hours and participate in shift-work as required to support customer needs
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience and Education

Applicants must have experience operating, servicing, and/or maintaining agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment. Candidates with trade experience to a second- or third-year apprentice level are encouraged to apply. Proven experience in contributing in a service-oriented environment working directly with customers and equipment operators is essential. The successful candidate must be motivated, energetic, and have strong communication skills.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
