Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY-CARDSTON. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, including training them on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports.

In addition, you will establish methods to meet work schedules, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

As a Restaurant Supervisor with SUBWAY-CARDSTON, you can expect a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
