FortisBC is seeking a skilled Operations Accounting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business planning and performance management team, you will play a critical role in driving operational growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial analysis of operational activities to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide capital and operating accrual recommendations to management and the Board of Directors.
  • Process vendor invoices, manage purchase orders, and monitor customer balances for collection.
  • Proactively flag irregularities in financial records and provide supporting evidence.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in accounting or a related discipline.
  • Three years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and offer recommendations.
