Administrative Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
As an Office Manager at Ontario Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Work Environment:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
