Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Shan Holdings Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook meals
  • Develop and implement menus, estimating food requirements and costs
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety
  • Train and develop kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a head chef or equivalent role
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
