About the Role

As a key member of our Controllership branch, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and reconciliations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, materials, and decks to identify and resolve issues and improve controllership operations.
  • Develop schedules and disclosures for financial statements and management reports.
  • Administer and maintain integrity of AGCO accounts, including journal preparation for fiscal control and cash flow.
  • Analyze financial data to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Oversee financial data in the Oracle system, reconcile accounts, analyze spending patterns, and summarize financial reports.
  • Provide accurate and reliable financial information, analysis, and advice on business planning and budget management.
  • Support internal and external audits with analysis and documentation.
  • Assist with account reconciliation for period-ends.
Requirements
  • A CPA accounting designation or equivalent, along with a degree in Business or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience working with accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and month-end processes in an ERP system.
  • Ability to identify financial trends, investigate errors, and recommend solutions.
  • Prioritization and task management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to compile and analyze data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across organizational lines.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
What We Offer
