About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Director of Technology to lead our organization's technology strategy, oversee the implementation and optimization of NetSuite solutions, and drive innovation to align technology with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically NetSuite.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Optimizing Enterprise System Architecture: Conduct a comprehensive review of the company's technology landscape within the first six months, ensuring that the system architecture supports scalability, integration, and operational efficiency.
- Streamlining NetSuite Configuration and Customization: Review and enhance NetSuite configurations to align with business objectives and streamline workflows.
- Enhancing Integration and Data Flow Across Systems: Refine system integration processes to enable seamless data exchange across the technology ecosystem.
- Implementing Comprehensive User Training and Support Initiatives: Launch a structured training and support program that empowers users and improves adoption of technology solutions.
- Developing an AI and Workforce Automation Strategy: Map the company's systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of NetSuite ERP solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, business analysts, and NetSuite administrators.
- Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements within the technology framework.
- 8+ years of experience overseeing technical ERP/Netsuite projects in a high growth environment focused on manufacturing or CPG.
- Proficiency in NetSuite customization development tools including SuiteScrip SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder.
- Proven ability to identify and implement AI and automation opportunities, integrating advanced technologies (e.g., RPA, MRP) to enhance productivity and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of key ERP functions such as inventory management, supply chain operations, financial reporting, and cash management.
- Experience implementing on Netsuite modules.
- Experience managing and overseeing technical coding and scripting efforts.
- Experience deploying AI utilizing different software tools.
- Some experience working on other IT related initiatives and projects (ie cybersecurity, troubleshooting etc)
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, along with a lucrative profit-sharing package and options across all businesses in our group. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role.
