Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in sales/estimating hand-off meetings to ensure project objectives are understood and all required information has been provided.
  • Create detailed project work plans, identifying resources, equipment, and financing needed for successful project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and manpower plans, ensuring timely completion and coordination with tradesmen.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, monitoring scope, schedule, and financial health.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, management, personnel, and suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly, escalating to management if necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for further project growth and act upon them.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, adhering to company policies and government regulations.
  • Adhere to the Company's Quality System operating procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related field experience.
  • College/University graduate.
  • PMP certification an asset.
  • Strength in piping.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize heavy workloads.
  • Proven systematic and organized approach to multi-tasking.
  • Effective customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project applications.
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
