Job Description: Information Management Architect/Support

ADGA is looking for an Information Management Architect/Support to provide subject matter expertise on IM requirements for our client:

  1. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project IM requirements (DRMIS, MS Project, DOORS, RDIMS).
  2. Information Architecture & Planning: Develop and maintain an IM architecture that enables the LISRM project team and aligns with the overall IM architecture.
  3. Data Management and Analytics: Develop strategies for effective data management, including data storage, retrieval, processing, and analytics capabilities. Designing data architectures that support real-time decision-making, situational awareness, and operational intelligence.
  4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the PM, technical SMEs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project's definition phase.
  5. Registering with the Controlled Goods Program is mandatory for this DND contract.
  6. Must have a degree from a recognized university or community college in the sciences or a suitable engineering or technical field required to support Land C4ISR systems.
  7. Minimum 5 years of experience in Military Command and Control Communication and Information systems or ISTAR systems.
  8. Data architecture definition, framework, and implementation for military systems.
  9. System Integration: hardware and software components into new or existing systems.
  10. Database modelling.
  11. Experience in business process improvement and knowledge of business intelligence toolsets.
  12. Developing or working with architectural concepts, strategies, roadmaps, reference architectures, architectural patterns, frameworks, and principles.
  13. Information management strategies and processes in support of change management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate IT frameworks/strategies to management and technical staff.
  • Able to lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of IT tactical systems, frameworks, or strategies.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience within the last 7 years in the preparation of technical concept documents, system specifications, and technical proposals in the field of Information Technology / Information management or engineering.
