About the Role

Metso is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager, Screening Equipment to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the screening equipment market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product support, factories, and distribution centers, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain technical sales materials, including sales manuals, specifications, and product presentations.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships and promote Metso's products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mineral Processing Engineering or equivalent sales management and/or product support experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' sales, operations, or product support experience in progressively responsible positions.
  • Previous experience in the construction or mining industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software products and CRM software such as Salesforce.
