Sales Growth Consultant



We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Consultant to join our team in Ottawa or one of our other remote locations. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our Martech products and services to new and existing clients.



Key Responsibilities




  • Promote and sell our Martech line of products and services through inbound and outbound leads to new and existing clients.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Continuously update and maintain prospects for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data in CRM.
  • Manage the sales process from initial lead stage to close.
  • Create and deliver sales proposals for our product and services.
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Identify and understand customers' needs and help implement solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • 2+ years of experience as an inbound or outbound sales professional or BDR role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of common sales cycles.
  • Experience in prospecting, lead research, discovery, product demos, proposals, contract review, and closing tactics.
  • Comfortable delivering web presentations to individuals and groups.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse clients in various settings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
