About the Role
The Client Service Team is the revenue hub of our company. As a Client Service Team Associate, you will need to think quickly and critically, conduct high-level research on industries and companies, identify and engage with the best experts, ensuring they possess the relevant experience and knowledge to meet our clients' needs. This is a perfect opportunity to showcase and improve your skills in a role that offers clear objectives and opportunities for recognition and rewards based on your contributions. You may one day connect a venture capital firm with experts you've recruited to better understand the telecommunications market in Sub-Saharan Africa, while the next day, you'll assist a strategy consulting firm studying the growth prospects of solar energy in the Middle East.
Working on multiple projects from diverse clients at the same time, you will have the opportunity to propel your career and develop transferable skills in sales, project management, time management, negotiation, and communication, while expanding your awareness of commercial issues.
Requirements
Our future Dialectica team member has:
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Achieved academic success in any undergraduate field (bachelor's or higher)
- Participation in extracurricular activities with leadership backgrounds
- A strong interest and passion for the business world
- A growth mindset to consider setbacks and challenges as opportunities for learning
- Excellent networking and sourcing skills, leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn and internal databases to engage and convince relevant experts.
- Strong ability to meet quotas, achieve specific objectives, and deliver projects on time.
- Fluency in English is essential, both spoken and written; Fluency in French is a significant asset
- Knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin is an asset

Dialectica recruits experts worldwide in all fields for its clients primarily located outside Quebec, with the help of the company's other offices outside Quebec, with which interaction is constant. Therefore, knowledge of English is required for this position.
Knowledge of French is required for permanent positions in Quebec so that the holder can communicate as needed with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec. A French training will be offered to any permanent holder in Quebec who does not have a good knowledge of French.
