We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nanny to join our team at Avtar Brar. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of our children.

Job Summary

This is a long-term position with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in childcare, a strong educational background, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Care for and engage with children aged [insert age] in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine for the children, including homework assistance and outdoor activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding the children's needs, progress, and any issues that may arise.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in childcare.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
