Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at St.Amant. As a LPN, you will provide direct nursing services to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, focusing on health promotion, restoration, maintenance, and prevention of illness and disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients using a variety of resources and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
  • Provide direct nursing care to assigned clients, including health information, education, and support.
  • Delegate care appropriately based on client needs and competence of care providers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and modify as necessary.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved LPN educational program.
  • Holds current active practicing membership with the CLPNM.
  • Competent in CPR/Code Blue and maintains competency in other areas of nursing practice.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team leader and team member, with strong leadership and organization skills.
